Blast Fat With Plyometrics
Straddle Jumps
Stand with feet on either side of a low step or bench. Push hips back
while bending knees to squat down, then explode off the ground, landing
in a squat with both feet on the step and knees slightly bent. Step back down to starting position and repeat.
Lunge Jumps
Stand with feet hip-width apart. Step your left foot forward and lower
into a lunge, keeping your left knee over your left ankle. Explode up
off the ground, switching the position of your feet in midair then
landing back in lunge position with your right foot forward. Repeat,
alternating sides.
Hop Overs
Crouch on one side of a low bench; place your hands on either side of the bench. Hop both feet over the top to the other side, landing in a crouch. Repeat, alternating sides.
